CENTURY 21 Fisher & Associates started on Davis Islands as Davis Islands Realty.  The owners and management have lived here in the immediate South Tampa area for over 20 years.  As a result, we know the market, the neighbors, the properties, and the businesses.

We transformed our local neighborhood company into a CENTURY 21 franchise in 2004 to take advantage of the best name, technology, and marketing tools available in the real estate industry.  Since then we have been able to provide the highest levels of service to our clients.  With our success, we now have a second location on Gandy Blvd. just east of Westshore Blvd.  From this location we are better able to serve the Port Tampa/MacDill areas and reach out to Pinellas County.

At CENTURY 21 Fisher & Associates we pride ourselves in excellent service to our clients.  We hire, train, and run our business with that primary focus and we do not compromise for less. As our first full year as a CENTURY 21 franchise, we won their 2005 Quality Service Award, only given to 5 of the approximately 50 offices in the Tampa Bay region.  This award is based directly on the survey results of each office's clients. And unlike other "corporate-run” real estate companies, we are independently owned and operated.  We run the business and make the decisions for our clients and Associates.  We are not limited by some corporate VP in another state that has no idea what is best for our business and our clientele.
