Beach Park, Tampa Florida
Beach Park is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Tampa. Beach Park is located in the South Tampa
area and maintains a beautiful collection of Tampa's old growth trees. Century-old
oak trees, towering palms, and other tropical Florida vegetation are characteristic
of this quaint community.
Beach Park was created during the 1920's when 30 large Mediterranean style homes were built for
affluent Tampa residents of the time. These historic Tampa homes are still maintained and have been well preserved. The new homes in Beach Park have been built to keep up with the traditional architecture and aesthetic flavor of
these historic homes.
