Downtown Tampa offers a

emerging as a destination. The Tampa Convention industry also scored a win with
the opening of the Marriott Waterside Convention Hotel. New projects
including Trump Towers and a new river walk plan indicate that Tampa's downtown
is approaching a new period of revitalization.
