Hyde Park is located in
the heart of South Tampa just minutes from Downtown Tampa. Once
considered Tampa's "aristocratic” neighborhood, Hyde Park remains one of
Tampa"s most sought after locations.
Hyde Park has roughly
1,700 homes in this Tampa neighborhood. The area is characterized by older, Southern
