The
area of Town N Country is located just outside of Tampa's northwest boundary,
close to the Tampa International Airport.
Town
N Country is made up of several planned communities including Bay Crest Park,
Sweetwater Creek, Town N Country, and Countryway. Each community has a
unique style and master plan. Some of the communities were planned as
early as the 1970's while some were constructed in the 1990’s.
The Tampa
neighborhood is characterized by several manmade and natural lakes. Large shady
oak trees and wide streets and sidewalks typify Town N Country’s landscape.
Town
N Country’s homes vary from ranch-styled block and stucco construction to more
elaborate Spanish-styled estates. Lots tend to be much larger in this
area and farmland, pastures, and large areas of open land are still commonplace
in this serene area.
Town N Country’s location, while removed from the chaos of city-living, provides
easy access to downtown Tampa Bay, Tampa International Airport, and St.
Petersburg and Clearwater beaches.
